Answer: Although the keys may glow in the dark for a few seconds, our state of the art reflective technology is based on the usage of the light from the computer monitor only. Our technology operates in the similar fashion as street signs reflecting from car headlights.

Question: How long will the labels last?Answer: The computer is utilized approximately 3 years. Our key cap labels have an expectancy life of up to 10 years with average wear and tear.

Question: Do I need any tools to install the labels?Answer: Although no special tools or training is required, it is suggested that tweezers may provide added assistance in the installation process.

Question: Can I remove the labels once I have placed them on my keyboard?Answer: With proper care and adequate time, the key cap labels may be removed if they are placed on the keyboard.

Question: Is the material used non-toxic?Answer: All vinyls, inks, powders and adhesives used are non-toxic.

Question: What is a kiss cut?Answer: A kiss cut is a conforming die that "kisses" the surface of the vinyl and doesn't cut through the backing paper. The kiss cut allows the individual location to be peeled, leaving the rest of the sticker untouched. Remember when creating a kiss cut, to indicate it on a separate layer and to leave 1/8" on either side of the kiss cut to allow for a safety area. There should also be 1/4" between cuts, so if your kiss cut runs parallel with the die cut, each of them need 1/8" for a total of 1/4" between cuts.

Question: Are your stickers waterproof, weatherproof, and fadeproof?Answer: All of our stickers are made of an outdoor-caliber, durable, waterproof, industrial strength vinyl with an aggressive permanent adhesive. Our stickers have a 10 year effective capability against any weather, fading, etc. Before the stickers are cut, we add a 100% clear gloss UV coating.

Question: Do you offer other reflective colors?Answer: We do offer other reflective colors which include pink, blue, and yellow printing, but the one which has the best reflective qualities is the green displayed on our website.

Question: Do you offer promotional key cap label printing?Answer: Yes, we do, but in general, custom/promotional key cap label runs are more than our standard key cap label run. With our custom/prmotional runs, screens and set up fees are incurred as additional charges. Question: What\'s your turnaround time?Answer: Standard Key Cap Labels will be shipped the same day the order is placed. Promotional Key Cap Labels will ship roughly 2-4 weeks after your order deadline. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee ship dates. Question: Can I get rushed shipping?Answer: You can upgrade your shipping to FedEx Overnight (or similar Express service) which may meet your deadline only at the time your order is placed. Upgrades are not available after order has been invoiced. Rushed shipping does not affect the turnaround time of 2-4 weeks for promotional printing.

Question: Can I see promotional/Custom Key Cap Label samples before placing my order?Answer: We offer different prototype options, depending on the quality of sample you would like to see. Production quality prototypes can be produced in the same amount of time as regular production parts. The cost for 6-12 samples of a one-piece design is $500, with $250 rebated back upon the first production order. Prototype costs for multiple-piece designs will have to be quoted separately. Non-production quality samples can also be provided at a minimal cost or no cost, and in much less time than production prototypes. Question: Is there a minimum order quantity?Answer: We can produce any number of pieces for either our standard or promotional/custom key cap labels from 1 to 1 million. Although, the more we can run at a time, the lower the cost will be. (Especially large quantity requirements will have to be evaluated for capacity).
